Whether it is exhibition or educational promotion, nothing can be done without our volunteers. MWR's formal volunteer group was formed in 2005. Selective recruitment, solid trainings, and internship ensure that every visitor here receives the highest quality of service. The number of volunteers reaches 192 in 2011 and it becomes the most complete museum volunteers group in New Taipei City. The group also won the "Volunteer Quality Award" granted by Cultural Affairs Department of New Taipei City Government in 2009.
