5 博物館的首要任務是發揮人文與自然資產的保 存維護,並關注、回應當代社會的發展需求。它透 過文物、藝術品、文學、音樂、建築、表演、工藝 等視覺或聽覺的展覽去闡述些社會議題,帶動社會 的發展。 因為冠狀病毒的疫情,影響了全世界的民生、 經濟、政治,變成一個全球性的大議題。許多博物 館閉館,為了減少傳染機會,但是博物館在這種情 況下,更積極的作為是什麼?正是國際博物館界的 議題。博物館利用網路視訊加強其傳播,提供免費 閱覽其展覽、藏品、圖書。博物館的線上活動成為 民眾在家的日常搜索。這將養成民眾運用網路去看 博物館的習慣。媒體的推播與臉書的互動,成為博 物館人員的一項重要工作。 在這疫情下,社會大眾對生命的價值產生了迫 切關注,當人們醒覺要更加珍惜生命的價值與對社 會的關懷時,博物館可以做些什麼?博物館怎麼讓 觀眾去認知外在的事物與環境的演化與自己的生命 價值是惜惜相關的。展覽不僅是詮釋事物,還要進 一步引導人與自然、人與社會以及人與自我的反思。 本館宗旨以生命教育為主軸,在這疫情下,閉 館了三個月,我們做了些什麼工作呢?本館將特展 The priority task of museums is to preserve and promote cultural and natural heritages, while paying attention and responding to the developmental needs of contemporary society. Museums raise awareness for important issues through exhibition and education, which in turn brings about positive development in the society. Recent Covid-19 pandemic has great impact on the livelihood, economy, and politics around the world, which turns into a worldwide issue. Under such circumstances, “What can museums actively do about it?” is the major concern in the international museum community. One evident course of action is the use of online visuals for promotion. Online events of the museums have become people’s daily search subject, and people are gaining the habits to connect with the museums through internet. Push notifications through social media and interaction on Facebook have become one of the main jobs of the museum staff. The pandemic has raised the public’s immediate concern about the meaning of life. What can the museums do about this? When people awaken to cherishing life and caring for society, what can the museums do about it?
